non-judicial stamp paper effectiveness
I�ve joined a software pvt. Company on September 26th and on company�s policy I signed a non-judicial stamp paper as a bond for 1yr .So if I leave this company without any notification can they file a case or legally do any harm to me except for not giving termination/resignation letter.

without going through the documents we can not advice properly.
they can take action against you but there are ways to evade those actions so its not such a big problem.

Yes. It depands whats stated in the bond which you have signed. You might have to face the damages or the court.
