Notary
What is Notary and why it is required. Some say that STAMP should be pasted and some say it is not required. pls clarify. And any Notary in Dadar, Mumbai

Notary is a person authorized to perform certain legal formalities, especially to draw up or certify contracts, deeds etc.
Notaries are available in the court premises itself.

notary are the authorise persons by high courts to attest the documents. some documents require it and some not
u will find them in the court premises
