can an organization depute its permanent employee to other location where contrator being deployed to get the work.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The terms and conditions of employment usually provide that an employees services are transferable to any location of the Company. In keeping with the terms and conditions agreed to by the employee, the organization can depute its permanent employee to any other location.
