Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Part 2 of Libel and defamation for restoring integrity
While so, I have also filed challenging my suspensions and my question is - how fit is this incident for libel or defamation against them or what way can I make them restore my integrity??? Can I seek any directions from the court directing them to clear my name by admitting that it is a false allegation and etc failing which can I claim defamation??
Would appreciate a good advice rather than sugestion to contact my local counsel. The fact is I need the guidance and your expertise to proceed in the right direction.
Here I take the oppurtunity to thank prompt answers from Sudershan Goel, Rajneesh Malhotra and also special thanks to Yanala Lakna Reddy on whose advice the present suit is filed in the High Court.
Pls advice.

You may have a very good ground for setting aside of your suspension and for a declaration that you are a member of "good standing" eligible to contest elections.
