patenting the name
We are running instititeu call ''Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences -deemed Unviersity . We have over 27 different educational institutions having name ''Pravara''. We are using this name since 1949. This name is taken from name of river called ''PRAVARA'' in ahmednagar district in maharashtra state in India.
we want to patent the name PRAVARA what are the formalities for it and is it possible.
