Permanant absorption on deputation.
Sir, An empolyee on deputation in in the sacle of 4500-125-7000 as an accountant, earlier he is UDC in his parent depptt. Now borrowing deptt issue a OM to permanant absorption of depunist in the rank of Acctt. In this regard his willingness, N.O.C his also submit for further action. after that again a OM issued by borrowing depptt and stated that merger of deputanist against the direct Quota of Recruit Rule, and fulfill the edu. qualification, i.e.BA, but that person not fulfill the education condition, in this circumstances question is arised, whether he is fit for permant absorption, Yes/ No, if No. Q,is arised when he is taken on depu. no condition given by borrwoing deppt, & also taken his N.O.C and willingness, after that depptt open the condition, he could not understand , because he is fit for on deputation on the post of Acctt. on Higher sec. edu. standard, but not fit for permanent absorption on the RR Rule. pls matter clarify earliest pls.

there must be a rule/byelaw or departmental orders to transfer the employee to other unit. AND the OM direct Quota of Recruit Rule - which one applies? is that your question?
