If any person made FIR against any person then how the criminal or the person against which the FIR made knows that the FIR has been made

Dear Sir / Madam,
Whenever an FIR is lodged, the concerned officer at the Police Station will contact the opponent andd will inform him that an FIR has been lodged against him / her. In all probables, the opponent will be summoned to the local Police Station for questioning.
