Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
A Person working in a govt institute completes his probation satisfactorily and receives a letter from the ministry to this effect.he does not get confirmed as a permanent govt servant due to admin reasons.
will such a person be considered as a permanent employee or temporary for future action...?
