Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
A person "x" is transferred from place "a" to place "b" against a person "y". later on thetransferred orders of "x" from place "a" to place "b are cancelled and there is no mention about "y" in last orders. what will be the status of "y" after these orders?

Y status will be the same as before. Y' status will be governed by his employment terms and the written orders, if any, received by Y.
