Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
The same question I had asked on 25th March 2010 still waiting for reply. My question was:-
If the companies financial situation is bad. If the employee/executive leave the job with notice. How many days should company take to do employee/executive clearence. What is the company liability? How many days company can take for do the settlement? If the company dosen't do within the period what employee/should do. Please advice.

Plz consult your legal department.
If you dont have any legal department then it will be the main reason for your failure.
So get engage any good lawyer and he will guide you on every aspect and how to safeguard.
For your querry, there is simple answer that there is 3 months time else emplyee can approach the court. but your advocate retainer or legal manager will guide you how to safeguard.
