Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Recently I purchased a builder's flat in Faridabad, Haryana taking loan from a bank. The carpet area of the flat was registered as 800 sq.ft but actual area as measured by the bank is 1250 sq.ft. I have noticed it now after signing on stamp paper and registry. What is implication? What is remedy?

Dear V N Choudhary,
(Amar Nagar, Faridabad, Haryana)
You are at an advantage since the actual carpet area of the flat is more than the registered carpet area. You stand to gain if you wish to sell the flat in future.
