Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
My relative owns a flat in the society and has a legal car parking slot, my brother-in-law had given an email in writting to society that he permits/gives permission to park the car in his space.
But society is not allowing and one of their member had parked his own car and is relanctant to vacant the space.
I have taken few snaps as a record, can we complaints this to some one legal?

civil court is the best option.
