01. What is the value of Stamp paper I have to buy?

02. Whether it should be (the stamp paper) purchased from Trichirapalli or from any other state?

03.In whose name it should be purchased mine or tenant?

The stamp paper may be purchased in the name of the buyer from your State where the property is situated. You may contact the local revenue / collector's office for further guidance.
