Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I reside in a new building and the co-op society is yet to be formed. Due to acute water shortage some owners have fitted over head sintex tanks of capacity 300 - 400 litres in their flat.is it legal to do so? Due to this there is more water shortage to us.
