Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
i am a resident of first floor, there is a severe leakage from the bathroom of second floor, what can i do, shall i have to bear their whole expense and repair the second floor bathroom, pls tell the solution of my problem.my neighbour are saying thats not our problem, it is your headache only.

you may sue the second floor owner for repairing and damages.
