Resignation by a Committee Member
If a Committee Member resigns, what steps the Committe should take to include another member in the society?
What is the meaning of Coopting?
Whether any member can opt to become a committee member by himself or somebody from the committee to recomend the name of any member.
Can the outgoing Committee member transfer his/her membership in the Committee to any non contested member?
What steps the Committee should take to intmate to the Registrar?

Re: Resignation by a Committee Member
The Committee may take necessary steps as per bye-laws. Co-opting means they may co-opt another member instead of the outgoing member; The co-option procedure given in the bye-laws may be followed; the transfer may be made if provided in the bye-laws; the Registrar may be informed by way of a letter.
