Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Respected sir, my mother bought a GDA house from 1st power of attorny and now my mother is 2nd power of attorny of our house.. Now we are living here since 20 years and now 1st POA don't want to make our registry and we don't know where is allottee of our house. There is no registry of our house and we don't know where is allotty. Now i want to make registry of my mother's name. Tell me the procedure.. Sorry for my weak english. I need ur ans. Plssss reply me on my mail.

You can find the allottee through the addresss mentioned in allottment letter of GDA. www.lawconcern.com
