Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
respected sir
i am working in middle east
our company has a branch in india
when i got job there was a bond of 2 years in india\
written in bondpaper with 100 rs court stamp
it states that the job may be in india or its outside
but i got job outside india and i didnt payed any tax in india
my question is whetr that bond is applicable now itself
is there any renewal of the bond
plz help me

1. Looks like you may have to pay tax in India for certain income of yours.
2. Bond or Agreement terms will have to be seen to advice you about the renewals and its effective applicable period.
