sale of assigned land in andhra pradesh
A piece of agricultural land to the extent of 40 acres assigned by the Andhra Pradesh Government in the year 1971 to a political suffers and now his legal heirs intend to sell the assigned land. Do the heirs of the deceased political suffer-assignee have rights to sell the land after 36 years?
