Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
sir we failed a CWP No. 13794 of 2002 in Punjab & Haryana High Court. In 2004 we got the desission that HUDA is not entitled to take action against these alottees only Municipal Council, Housing Board and Local Authority can take action against defaulting alottees. After that in between 9 years HUDA did not appeal against this case in either High Court or in Supreme Court. but now before few days HUDA is again taking action us and says that he don't know that about any case and hewill take action against us what to do now. please tell us we will be thankful to you for this.
