Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Sir, my mother is missing from 2003.we intimate the police and they just received our application in sho diary . after 7 yrs we want untraceble from police they say records are distroyed till 2007.i filed rti in this concern.but they still give me same answer that records were distroyed. now tell me how i got my mother dead declare and how i got bank money which she was in her name in bank and share in my father property

you may file a suit for declaration in this regard and implead the concerned police station and state as a party.
