sir i worked as lecturer in govt. Engineering collage from last 6 semesters
(3 year) on lecturer basis as guest facility . now i want to be regular or as pro term lecturer .please tell me the way.

Write a letter to the College Principal expressing your desire to be appointed as a regular pro term lecturer having successfully completed three years service in the College.
