Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
sir,
i am a defence officer.i am likely to retierd after 02 years and want to settled down in maharaastra state. i want to apply for domicil. i have stayed in state 19 years out of 36 years of service .however,the tashil -dar is telling that you should suppose to stayed continued in state then only you will get domicil.how it can be possible for defence central govt. staff as after every 05 year we supposed to be transfer from one command to another command.also in application no where it stated this.the column only state how long you stayed in state. request clearfication and guidence.
