Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Sir,I had joint a public limited firm as a AMC executive on March 2010,at the time of joining the company sign a bond for 3years and take my original marksheet 10th,12th,and graduation.after 10months due to some personel problem I resign the job and not completed my notice period of 3month,company send me warning letter for rejoining and when I discuss with company HR,he said that the company going to take legal action.
Now,I want my original documents ,please advise.
