Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Sir,
Please advise what is the maximum rate of interest which can be charged by the Housing Society in Maharashtra on delay in payment of maintenance bills by its members.
Please also advise the manner in which interest is being calculated in quarterly society's bills.
With Warm Regards,
