Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Sir,
The staff members of the private and aided schools have no right to plead against their transfers.Most of the transfers are being executed by the managements stating reasons of administrative purpose,which do not consider anyhow for the inconvenience of the worker.Do we not posses any right to refuse such transfer on any ground?
