in our society ragister is appointed administrator without inspection how can we stop him. please give us suggestion.

Go to court and let the Registrar explain to court under which circumstances Administrator has been appointed and in the meantime, don't hand over the charge.

If you find that the order of appointment is bad in law, you may challenge the same before the High Court of your State by way of a writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India.
