Solvency certificate
I want a solvency certificate on my name which will be used for registration in PWD. Can i include my Father's property for valuation of solvency. We are two siblings ( brothers) and are staying with father.

If you are MAJOR and not dependent upon your father, you may not include his property for the purpose.
