Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Hi, This is Somdeb, living in Kolkata and working in GEMINI COMMUNICATION LTD (as confirmed employee). As per my Appointment letter, if company terminate my service, they will give us a notice of 30 days, but today with a notice of 8 days and asking to leave. How can i get a notice of 30 days from them as per appointment letter.
Please advise at your earliest as I have only 8 days as per their notice.
