Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

hi i am staying in burgampahad mandal,khammam dist,andhra pradesh.
we have land dispute in same mandal ,where some one applied for land survey by taking phani where actually he don't have that much of land for which he applied for survey then we got notice from mandal revenue office which is indicating they r going to survey that land ,so we had filled one abjection letter to mandal revenue officer.
my question are ,1)is the mandal revenu officer considers my abjection letter over this matter?
2)can a civil court judje (near court is in kothagudem) issue a injection order to stop the survey to mandal revenue ofiicer?

mandal officer will not consider your objection ....

if u want to stop them u have to take orders from court ...giving valid reasons to stop that survey...
