Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I, am a student of hospitality industry i have being studing here for 2 years and now for the third year I have been terminated from college because of less attendence so is their any law or provision to proctect my right. and I also given a apology letter for the same but institute is terminating me only on 1 month attendence basis which was not there at last year so kindly help me out.

you may have to file a writ petition in the high court against the order. you may ask your lawyer to file a writ of mandamus against the college.
