Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I am a student currently studying in Dehradun. My father is originally from Dehradun and my mother is from Punjab. However, they settled in Mumbai more than 16 yrs ago. I was born in Mumbai [in 1992], but have been studying in Dehradun since 2nd grade [since 1999]. Both my parents have NRI status. Is it possible for me to get a Maharashtrian Domicile Certificate?
