Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

i study in a design private institute and my college initially assured me that it will provide me a degree course with third year. Now my college suddenly changes the policies and is asking me to shift to any of its other campus(branch) in other city like Mumbai or Bangalore. My parents are not willing to send me. Can legal action be taken?

Dear Sir / Madam,

(Vepery, Chennai, Tamil Nadu)

It could be that the private design institute that you joined my be affiliated to a recognized deemed university located in Bengaluru or Mumbai. It is a common practice prevalent in the Fashion Design Industry that students are required to complete the degree, after completing the initial learning and training period of one / two years, before they can opt for the degree. Your admission rules would have clearly stipulated the above terms and conditions which you may have overlooked. Your college will issue you a Certificate for having completed the training period, to enable you to secure admission in another deemed university college located in Chennai itself, wherein you can complete your degree.
