Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
terrace flat
I got a reply as ''it is a common property and hence no taxes and society charges will be levied.
However, I wish to mention that I am considering the area which is my property, purchased from the builder. Since it is a open terrace, hence a question?

Re: terrace flat
The biggest problem with you is that you don't know how to ask question. We are facing this problem from several people who lack basic legal literacy.
Since you have now clarified that open terrace belongs to you and not to the society-building. Since it is a part of FSI and hence,it is chargeable to corporation taxes.
