Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I am in trouble, please help! Maharashtra Co-operative Society By Law
Hello Sir/Madam,
FROM ANDHERI, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA , INDIA. I communicated some complaints to our society committee. But they responded back to my father 1st owner. I am second owner and my name is second on our shared certificate. Is there any by law where in I can take and address this complaint and committee shall not get my father in to this matter? I have not filled associate member form till date. But now as dispute is hot and society committee is threatening to file a legal case, I do not have opportunity to fill associate member form and hope they will also not give me.
