Was unable to find the judgement
Dear Sirs
I do have the site for getting supreme court judgements. I am unable to find the judgement for the below case details.

I understood tried case no. as sc1697; tried using the names and both failed.
Can u pls tell me what is air 1976??
what is 1976 CR LJ 1367??
Will really appreciate if u can send it to me as word document or pdf or a link where i can open the judgement as I am unable to find in the supreme court judgments.
Pls help as I am really eager to read it up and get some points for my troubled case.
