My Seller's bank has misplaced the original documents of the house. Duplicate copy of all agreements executed have been created by taking the signature of the registrar. I need a format to be executed and notarized by the seller and authroised by the registrar

your bank is responsible for all things and claim damages from it besides they have to pay you for lawyers fees and charges.
consult good lawyer for all that he will provide all formats and all.
