undue delay in forwarding the application of subordinate employee
Sir, I am working in deptt: of Health and Family Welfare In Govt: of Himachal Pradesh. I submitted my application through proper channel to Director of Health through Block Medical Officer on 21-8-2007. But till date the B.M.O. has not forwarded my application to the next higher office.I reqested many times verbally and one reminder in written also given but all fell on deaf ears. now i want to go through legal course so that in future such practice may not be repeated. Can i also lodge police comlaint? kindly guide me.

Please contact personally alongwith the details OR Consult a local lawyer.

govt officials can not go to court directly so be sure that u can move to court.
file RTI application or complaint to seniors with copy to other seniors and i hope ur problem will be solved.
