whether a widow can file succession certificate case for getting pension of her husband is she is not made nominee? in which section & act? is there any authority?

If you are a hindu, then section 8 of the Hindu Succession act applies and if your husband has died intestate then your children have to submit NOC if major or if minor then you may be their custodian. If not Hindu then let me know. Also know who else as heirs has your husband left behind.To know us better please click on the link below:
