Legal Question in Admiralty Law in India
Hi,
Can a Girl who belong to Hindu community marry a boy who also belong to a hindu community, the relationship between the boy and the girl being brother and sister.
The Boy's Mom and Girl's Mom are sisters.
Can this marriage happen legally ?
Please let me know if there are any possibilities for this to happen, by giving an adoption of the boy or girl, or either one changing community etc..,...
At any cost, both the families would not want this ti happen.
Please alert us, if there are any possibilities...
Thanks a lot in advance

no, this marriage is within prohibited degrees and the marriage is void ab initio under hindu laws. one of you may have to convert to islam to marry.
