Legal Question in Admiralty Law in India

i want to marriage one of my relative. when i take her relation with me as per my grand mother, if she is bigger than me then she is pinni for me but she is smaller than me and if i take her relation with me as per my grand father then she is sister-in-law for me. but i want to marry her and she too wants to marry me. but her father objecting me. please give me a suggestion sir

as per details mentioned above, she is within prohibited degrees of marriage and the marriage may be void ab initio. re think your decision or consult a local lawyer with all the details.

if she is sister in law that i presume she is your brother's wife if it is so than it comes under prohibited relationship. and if not please specify
