Legal Question in Admiralty Law in India

Sir, my vessel has been under arrest by the order of the High Court at Bombay. I eventually found a charter party contract that was first filed in the plaint was only my company's signature and without the plaintiff's signature, when the plaintiff's lawyer testified upon the hearing, he presented the charter party contract with the signature of the plaintiff along with mine. Is this considered a forged document submitted to the court??? Can I file a petition or a review to the court pointing out this forged document requesting the court to revoke or reverse the arrest order??? Awaiting your kind response eagerly.

Yours, Steve

in case your signatures are forged, you may lodge an f.i.r. u/s 468/471 of indian penal code and this may help you in seeking the desired relief in the high court of Bombay.
