adjustments as Jr,Asst. in existing vacancies under SC/STs Backlog posts
I have been rendering my services as votabandi village servent since 1991 within the meaning of honourable high court of AP verdict 5th Dec.1989 in its W.P No. 9292/87 may I eligible for adjustments as Jr.Asst. to the existing vacancies in the revenue establishment

Yes,you are entitled.Give your representation to concern authority and if you get no reponse then approach the H.C.for your right.

You can seek this adjustment in case you are otherwise eligible to hold the post of Jr. Assistant and if you possess eligibility criterian then you can make suitable representation to the authorities concerned and then in case they do not decide it or decide it against you then you can move Service Tribunal or High Court as the case may be in your State.
