Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
befor death of my father make will in the name of two sons but after few days of father's death one of my sister claim her share from us. What are legal right on the above issue ?

will is effective only after death of father and not before that. on what basis is she enforcing her claim on the property. is it self acquired property of your father or ancestral. you may visit www.karvai.in for further guidance.

if the property was father's self acquired property and he thru Will dispose of the property in name of two sons than your sister has no right to claim. However Will should be legally valid and genuine so that no one could challenge the same.
