about a case
i have broken a glass of a car intentionally.the owner of that car is an inspector.can they file any case in this matter?what punishment can i get on this issue?

Yes.
You may be prosecuted u/s 427 I.P.C. for which the max. punishment may extend to 2 years,or fine, or both.
If the offence is done by intering his premises than other sec. of House tresspass may also be there.....
