Re: Name changing

You can change your name by preparing an affidavit and publishing the same in a newspaper in your city.

Re: Name changing

To change name without changing your religion is the most simplest thing to do. Prepare an affidavit on the non-judicial stamp paper of value applicable to your state and get the same attested from any first class magistrate of area where you live at present. issue a public notice in any daily newspaper, preferably with edition all over the country. Thereafter use the new name with the help of the said affidavit and copy of the public notice you issued. There is no need to get the educational or birth certificate changed. you can change the name with prospective effect and not with retrospective effect.

with best wishes

Re: Name changing

In which state you are now?. You can approch your state govt.'s gazzate printing department for a name change application. You have to fill it up and remit the required fees there. In the next publication your changed name will be published in the govt. gazzate. You will be sent 5 X set of gazzzte to your address. If you want more you can get the said gazzate by paying the cost of gazzate. For further clarifiaction contact [email protected]
