Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
A civil suit that was filed against us, was disposed as no one was attending the matter. However, the plaintiff has filed for restoration of the suit. My question is that do the orders passed in the Notice of Motion in the previous suit still in effect or did they also stand disposed when the suit was disposed? And the plantiff will need to file a new Notice of Motion for the orders? Thank you.
