Can Condonation of delay application filed after 1 year of the order. if, yes in which section or is given upon by High Court or Supreme Court of India any judgement.

Already replied you that condonation is discrition of court so judgments cannot force the court but your situation matters for condonation.

condoning the delay is inherent power of the court u/s 151 of CPC and 482 of crpc.
