Whether the property is ancestral or your father earned.
Moreover taking care of your parents is your duty like they serve you from childhood. Therefore if you r saying that u serve your parents then reflects your lust for property only and not the care atitude and may there will be any reason to debarred you from the propery.
Sorry but it is fact, findout the reason first and if you really respect them then ask them the reason cooly and not with harsh words.
U can contest for your rights if your property is ancestral.
Good luck and serve your parnets from deep heart. They can never be so cruel and cannot do unjust with the son who serve them and respect them from the core of his heart.
Regards,
You may challenge the will in the local court by filing an appropriate suit.
Is the will registered or unregistered ? From the facts it appears that the will cannot be genuine ( since a son who looked after parents for 15 years is completely excluded) but that can be confirmed only on reading of the document.
