Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
Dear Sir,
I want to ask a question from you, actually, my name is X (don't want to reveal my name) and we've a family of 4 people. Father, Mother and we're two brothers. I'm 22 years of age and my father's younger son is of 19. Sir, he is actually in wrong company from last 5-6 years and sometimes he come to home after excessive drinking and then misbehave with parents, even, sometimes he is ready to push them into one side. I'm very scared from last 2 years that, may be, in my absence he will hurt my parents. My father has also sometimes thought about declaring him as not his son. What can I do legally in this case? Can I file a writ petition in court? Can I call local Police for this? I want a permanent solution for this, if possible?
Thanks & Regards

ask your parents to dis-inherit him from their proeprty by publication in at Least two local newspapers. you can also take help of local police if he maltreat or misbehave with any family memeber. there is no need to file any writ petition.
Your parents can (a) Disinherit him (b) Tell him to go out of the property as he is major and can take his care on his own. Parents are not obliged to take his care on permanent basis. and (c) also file Police Complaint.
